Managing Partner, Han LLP
Chris Han focuses his practice on handling complex litigation matters. He routinely represents privately held companies, partnerships, private investment funds, startups, and emerging companies in contract disputes, investment and deal-related disputes, and cases involving various business torts. Chris is also frequently called to advise startups owners and entrepreneurs on a myriad of legal issues involving starting and running a company, working with consultants and advisors, financing activities, licensing and protecting brands and intellectual property, and general risk management practices.
While in law school, Mr. Han served as a judicial intern to the Hon. William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and to the Hon. Frank J. Bailey in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Han also worked at the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he actively involved in SEC's investigations of multinational corporations in alleged violations of the Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Mr. Han received his B.A. from University of California, Irvine. He completed a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated with honor as a board member for the Boston University School of Law Esdaile Moot Court Board.
