2024美加巡迴演出 Sound from Formosa - New York

Featuring music and cultures of Taiwan, The OneSong Orchestra insists on playing two kinds of music: music written by Taiwanese composers and music taking inspiration from elements of Taiwan. The aim is to enrich classical music with Taiwanese culture and to revitalize the Taiwanese music with classical music practice. As an echo of the power of culture, “more local, more global”, the Orchestra hopes to present the music and cultures of Taiwan with the most profound emotions and highest standards.

Since its founding in 2017, the Orchestra has been known for its creativity and vigor in the domestic music circle. As of this year, the Orchestra has performed more than 500 concerts in various scales, among which the box office performance of its annual concerts exceeds 90% on average.

Starting from 2019, the Orchestra has consecutively organized its “Taiwan New Year Concert”. Not only dedicate to the people in Taiwan, but the Concert is also streamed worldwide via television and the Internet which has been watched by tens of millions of people every year. Continues to gain international popularity and influence year by year. The Orchestra officially launched a larger goal "The World's Top Ten Concert Hall Performance Plan" in June 2024, the Taiwanese orchestra brings Taiwanese music to the world’s top concert halls! The first stop of the voyage is to choose Tokyo "Suntory Hall" since the profound friendship between Japan and Taiwan.

The Orchestra looks forward to continuously exploring the international audience and bringing Taiwanese music to various internationally renowned concert halls. To share the most unique Taiwan music and culture with audiences around the world.
