Cynthia Lee is the Contract Manager at Public Health Solutions

Public Health Solutions (PHS) is a prominent nonprofit organization based in New York City, dedicated to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity for all New Yorkers. She is responsible for managing government contracts and grant cases for HIV Care and Treatment Harm Reduction Services, dedicated to assisting organizations in providing services and counseling for HIV/AIDS patients.

She holds dual Master's degrees: MS in Global Health and Development from Taipei Medical University and MPH in Health Policy and Management from New York University.

She is also an Executive Director of the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association, which is committed to promoting participatory public diplomacy. Upholding the spirit of "participation is more important than giving," the association implements multi-country projects to enhance Taiwan's international community action through substantive participation and community localization.
