We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, registration, application, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. How do we use information collected from your membership application?

In order to use this Website and gain access to our membership content, a user must first complete a membership application form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, address, email address, and telephone number). This information is used to contact you about TJCCNY’s upcoming events, news and updates of TJCCNY. You may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself. Information supplied via application forms or registration forms is used only by TJCCNY. It is not sold or provided to vendors, direct mail concerns, email list services, etc.

What are Cookies and how do we use them?

Cookie is the data stored on your browser so we can “remember” user’s actions on our Site. For example, when a website remembers your sign-in E-mail and/or password, it is possible that they used cookie to store that info. At this moment, we do not use Cookies on our Website. From time to time our Site requests information via surveys, which ask visitors or members for voluntary information on various topics of interest to the TJCCNY. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. Currently we collect your personal information, including credit card information, through our trusted third-party service providers and credit card process service providers. TJCCNY currently does not host or maintain any database of its own.
